Job Description • Sandvik is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for a structured 24-month development program designed to prepare graduates for Regional Demand & Inventory Planner roles. • The program offers hands-on experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while working with global teams. Roles and Responsibilities • Support sales planning through data-driven forecasting and business insights. • Analyze demand forecasts and improve forecast accuracy. • Manage demand variations and maintain optimal inventory levels. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams. • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities. • Support regional planning and supply chain operations. • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives. • Gain exposure to real-world inventory and customer management processes. • Work with cross-functional and global teams on planning activities. • Build expertise for future Regional Demand & Inventory Planner responsibilities.
