Job Description • Cornerstone is hiring Junior Engineers for its Cloud Operations team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations, monitoring Windows and Linux servers, handling incidents, maintaining application availability, and ensuring reliable SaaS platform performance. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in cloud infrastructure and system administration. Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and hosted applications. • Handle support tickets and operational service requests. • Assist in incident identification, troubleshooting, and issue escalation. • Perform routine administration of Windows and Linux servers. • Monitor system health, application availability, and infrastructure performance. • Support scheduled maintenance, system patching, and software updates. • Monitor backup operations and assist with recovery activities. • Follow change management procedures during system updates. • Provide backend operational support to customer support teams. • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server, Linux, IIS, VMware, databases, and web applications. • Maintain operational documentation and incident records. • Participate in rotational shifts to support a 24×7 cloud operations environment.
