Job Description • Volvo Group is hiring Graduate Apprentice Trainees to support digital transformation initiatives using analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions. The role involves working with structured and unstructured data, developing dashboards, identifying business insights, supporting IT system changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities • Support the design and delivery of digital and analytics solutions. • Analyze structured and unstructured business data. • Develop business dashboards, reports, and visualizations. • Identify trends, risks, and performance insights through data analysis. • Support AI, Machine Learning, and automation initiatives where applicable. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT change requests. • Participate in system testing and validation activities. • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. • Support adoption of new digital tools and business processes. • Assist in automation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders. • Contribute to operational excellence using data-driven solutions. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Freshers with internships, academic projects, certifications, or hands-on experience in analytics, automation, or data visualization are encouraged to apply. • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, AI/ML fundamentals, and Power BI. • Knowledge of Qlik is an added advantage.
