Job Description • HARMAN is hiring Associate Engineers to develop next-generation AI applications powered by Agentic AI and Large Language Models. The role involves building AI workflows, developing backend services, implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, creating REST APIs, and deploying cloud-native applications. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and modern software engineering. Roles and Responsibilities • Design and develop Agentic AI workflows using Large Language Models and autonomous agents. • Build AI-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks. • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Robyn, or Vert.x. • Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases. • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and machine learning model development. • Build secure web applications with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT. • Develop asynchronous background processing using Celery. • Work with databases including MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ScyllaDB. • Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes deployments. • Assist with cloud deployments and CI/CD implementation on AWS. • Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
