Job Description • LSEG is hiring Engineering Graduate Associates through its Early Career Programme. This 12-month program provides hands-on experience in global financial markets engineering while exposing graduates to live projects, modern technologies, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Participants will contribute to engineering, data, security, and platform solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and enhance software applications and engineering platforms. • Participate in product engineering and software development activities. • Support quality engineering through testing and validation processes. • Build and improve platform reliability and system availability. • Assist in implementing cybersecurity controls and secure development practices. • Monitor and support production systems and enterprise services. • Contribute to service management and operational excellence initiatives. • Participate in data science and machine learning projects where applicable. • Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Follow engineering standards, Agile practices, and quality processes. • Continuously learn emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.
