About the Role • L&T Precision Engineering & Systems is hiring GenAI Trainees to support AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and data-driven solution development. The role provides exposure to LLM applications, RAG, multimodal AI, computer vision, deep learning, AI APIs, cloud solutions, and intelligent automation. Job Description • The selected candidates will work alongside AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to develop and integrate AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities span the complete AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, Generative AI application development, computer vision, deployment, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Roles and Responsibilities Machine Learning & AI • Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured datasets. • Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models. • Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance optimization. • Conduct model validation, testing, benchmarking, and documentation. • Assist with deploying and monitoring AI/ML models. • Analyze model performance and recommend improvements. Generative AI • Develop applications using LLMs and multimodal AI models. • Support prompt engineering and prompt optimization. • Participate in RAG, fine-tuning, and model customization projects. • Develop and test AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants. • Evaluate AI responses for quality, accuracy, safety, and compliance. • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs and frameworks. Computer Vision • Develop image and video analytics solutions using computer vision techniques. • Work with object detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR. • Prepare and preprocess image and video datasets. • Support annotation, labeling, and data augmentation activities. • Train and evaluate models using OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and YOLO. • Support deployment of vision models on edge and cloud platforms. • Perform accuracy and quality analysis of computer vision systems.
