Job Description • Regal Rexnord is hiring IT Software Engineer I professionals to support enterprise applications with a focus on the Esker platform. The role involves application support, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with business and IT teams. Candidates will gain hands-on experience with ERP integrations, cloud applications, and enterprise business processes while working in a global hybrid environment. Roles and Responsibilities • Learn and support Esker solutions for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Document Automation. • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand application requirements. • Perform application support, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities. • Support day-to-day operations of enterprise applications and integrations. • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge articles. • Work with Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and IT teams to support business processes. • Gain knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. • Assist in optimizing enterprise application performance. • Participate in issue resolution and system enhancement activities. • Follow software support and quality assurance best practices. • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. • Build technical and functional expertise in enterprise applications.
