Job Description • RTX Collins Aerospace is hiring Associate Engineers to support engineering projects, project management activities, requirements management, and process governance. • The role involves working with engineering teams, managing project tools, facilitating technical reviews, supporting risk management activities, and ensuring smooth execution of engineering processes. • This opportunity is suitable for fresh engineering graduates interested in project coordination, engineering operations, and aerospace technology environments. Roles and Responsibilities • Manage and support project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, PREP, and Subversion. • Handle user access management and dashboard maintenance activities. • Configure and maintain Kanban boards and JQL filters. • Provide tool support and process guidance to engineering teams. • Organize and document Change Control Board (CCB) meetings. • Facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) meetings. • Support stand-up meetings and project tracking activities. • Participate in peer reviews and maintain review documentation. • Track project milestones and monitor project progress. • Identify project risks and support mitigation planning. • Create and finalize Jama reviews and requirements management activities. • Support workflow transitions and requirements lifecycle management. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project processes. Eligibility Criteria • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Software, or related engineering disciplines. • Fresh graduates are eligible to apply. • Good analytical and organizational skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in structured environments.
