Technology – Analyst Program I Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-Time | On-site • Work on real-world software development, testing, and automation projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build technology solutions • Support application development, testing, and deployment activities • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions • Participate in Agile development processes and team collaboration • Gain exposure to Java, .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, and automation tools • Assist in system integration and technical documentation • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives • Learn industry best practices through mentorship and training programs • Work on platform-level and business technology initiatives Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Computer Science/IT or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, .NET, C, C++, or C# • Understanding of SQL, APIs, and software development concepts • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint • Interest in AI/ML concepts and emerging technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or T-SQL • Familiarity with Selenium, API Testing, MSTest, or NUnit • Understanding of Agile, TDD, and software testing methodologies • Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices • Internship or certification experience is a plus
