Roles and Responsibilities • Handle customer queries received through phone calls, emails, and support systems. • Record, track, and document support requests and troubleshooting activities. • Resolve client issues following established support processes and procedures. • Utilize internal knowledge bases and resources for effective issue resolution. • Analyze recurring issues and identify trends for continuous improvement. • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate teams when required. • Assist customers with product navigation and feature-related queries. • Maintain accurate support records using designated tracking tools. • Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure successful issue resolution. • Participate in product training and knowledge enhancement programs. • Ensure compliance with service agreements and operational guidelines. • Support process quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. • 1–3 years of relevant experience. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities. • Ability to work in process-driven environments.
