Job Description • YASH Technologies is hiring Associate Business Analysts to support logistics and supply chain operations by managing transportation workflows, shipment tracking, operational reporting, and customer communication. • The role involves working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring timely shipment execution while meeting service level agreements. Roles and Responsibilities • Manage transportation bookings using Transportation Management Systems (TMS). • Monitor shipment lifecycle and load boards. • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers. • Perform data entry and maintain logistics records. • Resolve operational exceptions and shipment issues proactively. • Communicate shipment updates through email and phone. • Generate and validate operational reports. • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Collaborate with operations, customers, and carrier teams. • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Support. • Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills. • Good communication and analytical abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). • Knowledge of EDI formats such as X12, XML, and Flat Files. • Familiarity with SAP and logistics reporting tools. • Experience supporting US/UK customers. • Knowledge of shipment tracking and load boards. • Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
