Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Associate to support investment administration processes within retirement and pension services. The role involves handling various operational activities related to pension investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage investment-related requests and maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Process and manage pension investment administration activities - Review requests, validate data, and ensure accurate execution of transactions - Handle allocation of contributions, transfers, and payments to appropriate accounts - Perform updates related to fees, charges, and investment changes - Support asset transfers between schemes and ensure regulatory compliance - Manage investment-related events such as fund changes, mergers, or distributions - Assist in preparing and validating periodic statements for customers - Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all operations - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution - Address queries related to transactions, investments, and documentation - Maintain data accuracy and support reporting and compliance activities Required Skills: - Understanding of investment operations or pension administration - Knowledge of financial processes such as transactions, allocations, and reconciliations - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance (preferred) Preferred Experience: - Experience in pension, retirement, or investment operations domain - Exposure to financial transaction processing or back-office operations - Familiarity with fund management or investment lifecycle Qualification - Graduate in any discipline Experience - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Work Requirements: - Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
