Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Apprentice Trainees to join our team. This role offers hands-on industrial experience in core automobile functions and is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a strong foundation in manufacturing and operations. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduation in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with specialization in: 1. Mechanical 2. Automobile 3. Electrical 4. Electronics & Communication 5. Electrical & Electronics (EEE) 6. Civil 7. Electronics - Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025, 2026 - Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Engineering - No active backlogs / ATKT - Maximum 2 years educational gap allowed - Should not have previously enrolled in any apprenticeship program under NATS - Candidate should not have UAN generated Key Responsibilities: - Gain hands-on experience in automobile operations such as: - Production - Maintenance - Supply Chain Management - Quality Control - Manufacturing Planning - Assist in: - Production supervision and process optimization - Maintenance activities and equipment monitoring - Procurement and inventory coordination - Quality checks and process improvements - Develop understanding of: - Automotive components and systems - Manufacturing processes and workflows - Problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency - Continuously learn and stay updated with industry practices and technologies Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts - Understanding of supply chain and production processes - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Benefits: - Monthly stipend of ₹25,000 - Subsidized canteen and transportation facilities - Insurance coverage - Hands-on industry exposure - Opportunity to work in a leading automotive organization About the Company: Tata Motors is one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers and a part of a large global business group.
