Job Description • Accenture is hiring Quality Auditing Associates to support Supply Chain Execution and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities for aerospace and defense projects. • The role involves reviewing engineering documentation, verifying manufacturing quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring products meet customer and industry requirements. • This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates interested in quality engineering, aerospace manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Roles and Responsibilities • Support First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and execution activities. • Review FAI documents, standards, and approval processes. • Verify products and materials meet required quality standards. • Perform First Article Inspection assessments as per AS9102 guidelines. • Interpret engineering drawings and inspection reports. • Coordinate with client stakeholders and supplier quality teams. • Support workflow planning, prioritization, and turnaround time targets. • Assist in problem-solving and corrective action planning. • Ensure process compliance and quality documentation. • Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining quality standards. Eligibility Criteria • B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc graduates. • 0–1 year of relevant experience. • Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense quality standards. • Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102. • Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings. • Knowledge of manufacturing inspection processes. • Good email writing and documentation skills. • Strong teamwork and learning mindset.
